Welcome and thank you for visiting my site

As a counselor and coach, I believe if you don’t like the path you’re on, you can always choose a different direction.  That different direction may involve adopting new thinking patterns, behavioral practices or life choices.  It may involve taking bold new actions to accomplish an important goal.  The important thing to understand is if you want different results in your life, you must do something different!

Sometimes, the different choices you make are about your mental health.   Under the right conditions, anyone can have a mental health challenge.  If you have such a challenge, the best course of action is to address mental health issues head on, and do the work necessary to recover or manage your symptoms.

You may not have a mental health issue.  There are times when life presents unexpected challenges, distressing times, confusion and pain.  These events and circumstances are part of the human experience.  It is important to know how to maximize your internal and external resources to manage, grow and excel in your life.

Excelling in life is about living a life that aligns with your purpose and vision.  Discovering what it takes to create this alignment may involve increasing personal awareness, perspective taking, new skills and letting go of the limiting beliefs in your life.   You can develop into the person you want to be and lead your life with purpose.

As you learn to effectively lead your personal life, you may want to take on the challenge of leading others.  Effective leadership skills involve the ability to form positive human relationships and inspire others to own and execute a project, l or accomplish organizational goals.  Good leaders don’t just happen; they intentionally develop themselves to lead well.

I would love to partner with you in developing whatever area of your life you choose.  On your first visit, I get to know you, your concerns, and your goals. Once you create your goals, the work begins!

Where would you be if you changed directions?
